These Terms of Service govern use of TourneyFlow websites, applications, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Information provided for account creation and event participation must be accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account use.

TourneyFlow provides tournament and event management features, including registration workflows, team and participant management, scheduling, scoring, results, notifications, and related organizer tools.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, security abuse, fraud, harassment, infringement, or other harmful conduct. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt service operation, or misuse tokenized/private links intended for specific recipients.

Event organizers are responsible for their event rules, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and operational decisions. Participants are responsible for compliance with event-specific requirements and applicable laws.

Where enabled, payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. TourneyFlow may facilitate payment collection and status updates but does not guarantee organizer-specific refund or cancellation outcomes unless explicitly stated. Organizer policies may apply to event fees and refunds.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant TourneyFlow a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display content as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have rights to content you submit.

The service may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, social login providers, analytics, and communication infrastructure. Use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

To the extent permitted by law, TourneyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Jurisdiction-specific limitations and non-waivable rights may apply.

We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, or other reasonable channels. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by applicable laws as specified by TourneyFlow in effect at the time of enforcement, subject to mandatory consumer protection requirements.
