Privacy Policy
TourneyFlow is a tournament management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when we share it.
We collect account and profile information you provide, including items such as name, email, username, phone number, and profile image. We also process tournament-related information, including team affiliations, registrations, participation records, and organizer-managed event data. For authentication and security, we process session and token data used to keep users signed in and protect accounts.
When online payments are enabled for a registration, checkout is processed by Stripe. TourneyFlow stores payment metadata needed to operate the service, such as provider checkout/payment IDs, payment status, amount, currency, and fee handling settings. We do not store full payment card numbers in TourneyFlow application databases.
We may process product analytics and technical telemetry to measure reliability, performance, and feature usage. This includes analytics events, usage context (for example path, referrer, and app environment), and attribution parameters such as UTM tags when present. We use this information to improve product quality and user experience.
In mobile apps, we may process push notification device tokens and related metadata (such as platform and app version) to deliver notifications. Depending on features you use, the app may request device permissions such as camera, microphone, or photo library access. We currently rely on event/location information provided within event data; this policy should be reviewed again before any direct device geolocation collection is introduced.
We use information to provide and secure accounts, run tournament workflows (registration, scheduling, scoring, notifications, and organizer operations), process payments, provide support, and improve service performance and reliability.
We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including payment processors, analytics/telemetry providers, authentication/social providers, and messaging infrastructure providers. We may also share information with event organizers and authorized team members as needed for tournament operations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type (for example account records, payment metadata, security logs, and operational analytics).
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, secure transport, and ongoing security practices.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, and may manage optional communications based on available controls. Rights may vary by jurisdiction.
TourneyFlow is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to consent independently. If you believe personal data was provided improperly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates may be communicated through the website, app, or other reasonable channels. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
